Scenic Landscape Photography Assynt, Scotland.

Pictures of some of the waterfalls in the Assynt area. Clashnessie Curtain Waterfall is reached by a short and easy hike from the village - unless the stepping stones are covered in water from the burn in spate after heavy rainfall. Wailing Widow Falls are more difficult to reach, since the short hike in is really quite rough and loose underfoot, but ok with a little care. Be mindful of rockfalls. Best seen in wild weather !
